Pair of top-10's with MARS at FCR and FALS
McKay Wenger enjoyed a solid Labor Day weekend with the MARS Late Model Championship Series, collecting a pair of top-10 finishes.
On Friday, during the Chuckwagon Food Service 40 at Farmer City Raceway, Wenger backed up a runner-up finish in his heat race with an seventh-place run in the main event.
He matched that effort on Saturday at Fairbury Speedway during the Illinois Dirt Shootout, coming home seventh in the $10,000-to-win feature.
